5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Upload content that is illegal or violates others' rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Loyalty Stamp Card

The stamp card feature is provided for entertainment and event participation tracking purposes. Rewards are subject to availability and terms set by event organizers. Dylan's Drink & Draw reserves the right to modify or discontinue the stamp card program at any time with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Dylan's Drink & Draw app (logos, design, text, code, structure) is owned by or licensed to Dylan's Drink & Draw. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dylan's Drink & Draw is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any information provided.
